Role Overview
AlloySmith Engineering Company is looking for an ambitious and result-driven Sales Manager to join our growing global team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining client relationships, and expanding our presence in the forging and engineering industry.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Proven experience in Sales Management / Business Development within a Forging Company (mandatory) – minimum 3 years.
✅ Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
✅ Established clientele in the Engineering and Oil & Gas sectors (India & International).
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✅ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
✅ Prior experience in the Engineering / Manufacturing Industry is a strong plus.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
